Our Heavy Duty Hardened Plated Steel ZERO FLEX Hinges and Heavy Duty 220lb Gas Struts are made to hold up almost any vehicle door. Gullwing doors require heavy lifting, and AutoLöc’s ALL METAL END GAS STRUTS are up to the task. Don’t settle for plastic strut ends. Our gas struts have an extra thick cylinder wall body, which limits flex and internal distortion, while also protecting the internal parts from extreme temperature changes. Specially treated piston and rod surfaces serve to reduce friction, producing the lowest extension forces possible. Each strut is also ultrasonically sealed, preventing moisture and condensation.
