The Autoloc Paintable Trim Frenched Headlight Kit Set allows you to convert your old factory headlights to a recessed custom old school look. Sold in sets of 2 for dual headlights install. Includes ring to fender flush fitting bezels. Convert your Hot Rod, Street Rod, Minitruck, Classic Car, Leadsled, or just about any vehicle.
No more climbing up into your fenders to remove the old factory trim rings. This kit allows you to access your headlights from the front of your vehicle. Kit includes all necessary hard parts and hardware for install including headlight buckets, paintable or chrome trim rings, and retaining/adjustment rings.
Bucket mounting points can be fine-tuned to fit any headlight depth. Headlight buckets will require welding and body work to be finish installed. The Autoloc Frenched Headlight Buckets will work with factory sealed beams, newer halogen bulb style - like our Tri-bar and Snake-eye headlights - or just about any other 7” round headlights, including LED.

PRIOR TO CUTTING
1. Determine headlight Placement 8” diameter and 55/8” deep.
2. Cut 8” Hole in Fender
3. Insert bucket into hole with Center tab at 12 o clock.
4. Double check for clearance prior to welding.
5. Once desired placement has been reached, weld bucket ring to
fender while being sure not to warp the bucket.
6. Place Rings around the headlight and align the holes with the
tabs located in the bucket. Mark and drill holes in the tabs for the
screws.
7. Insert screws through the ring holes and place the springs in
between the rear ring and each tab inside of the bucket.
8. Adjust the screws to reach the desired angle position of the
headlight beam.
9. Snap the trim ring in place.
I would say in most custom applications your gonna end up doing some welding to make this kit work. Really depends because it’s universal and can be applied to many different situations.
